There are open-plan living spaces, patio with an ocean view and
barbecue for outdoor dining. The secluded indigenous courtyard garden
features a sheltered dining area for windy days.
Accommodation
All five bedrooms are ensuite; three with full bathrooms (bath, shower, double basins & toilet) and two with shower, single basin and toilet. Up to 10 guests can be accommodated.
Outdoor Space
The patio makes for a perfect sundowner spot with panoramic views of the ocean and distant mountain range. Enjoy easy access to the beach from the private walkway. For those who like to run or walk with the waves lapping your feet, zip down to the beach for a 6km walk from bottom of steps to the base of Robberg and back - you might just find a pansy shell at low tide as a keepsake! A useful ‘tide clock’ tells you whether it’s high, low or in between tide. Although you can usually gauge it by looking down onto the beach.
Communal Space
There are two open plan living rooms that allow for lazy Sunday reading on the couch while gazing out onto the ocean - keep your eyes open for dolphins or whales. If the weather isn't playing ball, there's a games room with a pool table, TV with DStv and bar that's equipped with a draft beer tap and fridge. There's uncapped WiFi in all areas of the house, including bedrooms.
Courtyard Space
The living rooms open up onto an expansive fynbos courtyard which links the kitchen, covered outside dining area and games room.
Kitchen Facilities
The kitchen is fully equipped for anyone from a gourmet chef to an amateur foodie with a Smeg gas hob and electric oven. A separate washing up area with full-size dishwasher is available.
Secure Parking
Features electronic door access to lock up garage (for one car only). Covered, open parking for two more cars outside the garage.
